We use the WISO, Mein Verein program for membership management. For data backup, the data is stored in an online database from Buhldata on a server in Germany.

In the case of underage club members, we also process the name, address, telephone number, email address and date of birth of the specified legal guardian.

We process your personal data to fulfill the contract (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR). Your membership is the relevant contract here. We process the personal data of legal guardians on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Our interest here is the implementation of membership with your child.

We process the personal data for this purpose for the duration of the membership. In addition, we only save your personal data to assert or defend against legal claims or as long as there are legal obligations to save it.

 

(b)  Payment of the membership fee

If you are named as a contributor in the membership application and pay the membership fee for someone else, we process the following personal data: name, title, gender, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number, club member for whom the membership fee is paid , Payment history and method of payment and the bank details for SEPA direct debit. For this purpose, we transmit the relevant payment data to our bank.

(c)  Congratulations on birthdays and / or anniversaries

We congratulate our members on their birthday by email. We process the following personal data for this purpose: name, title, gender, date of birth, address, e-mail address, date of entry, internal function.

If we congratulate you on birthdays and anniversaries by e-mail, we process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Our interest here is membership maintenance.

If you do not want congratulations, you can object to a congratulation at any time by informing us of this by email to mitglieder@ffc-wacker.de or by post to the club address.

In particular, we process the following personal data in order to organize sports activities, training and games and to promote active athletes: Name, title, gender, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number, membership number, information on sporting achievements (in particular training, Tournaments and game days),  Image and video material of games and training (not for publication), travel data and documents, information about training camps, games, training notes. Attendance lists for registration due to corona traceability are kept for 4 weeks and then destroyed.

We process the personal data for the duration of the membership. In addition, we only save your personal data to assert or defend against legal claims or as long as there are legal obligations to save it.

We process the following personal data from active club members in order to enable communication between coaches, supervisors and players and (in the case of minors) their parents: name, telephone number, email address, information on and organization of training, games and tournaments, training plans , Content of communications.

Images from public events
We create photo and video recordings of public sporting and club events (in particular photos of competitions and other public sporting events) showing active members and publish them in our club media (online) in order to provide information and reports on the public sporting events .

We process your personal data for this purpose on the basis of our legitimate interest in reporting on the activities of our association (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

We process the personal data until this purpose has been fulfilled. In addition, we only save your personal data to assert or defend against legal claims or as long as there are legal obligations to save it.

Images from other occasions
We create photo and video recordings of other sports activities (e.g. reports on individual players, training sessions, team excursions or team pictures) showing active members and publish them in our club media (online) to inform and report on the respective activities .
We create these photo and video recordings of other sports activities on the basis of our legitimate interest in reporting on the activities of our club (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

These recordings will only be published with your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time for the future. Publications of the recordings based on the consent that took place before the revocation remain legal. However, the consent is irrevocable for multi-person images, unless a balance of interests turns out to be in your favor.
